The product grew out of direct experience of the way schools manage learners, families, staff, academic information and everyday operations — the registers, spreadsheets, duplicated captures and reports that take too long to assemble.

That experience shaped two principles: a school's information belongs together, and schools are not identical. Classberry therefore connects institutional records while allowing modules to be licensed individually.
